Our team at Guitarra Music Academy invests significant time and effort into creating educational products and reserving teaching time for our students. Accordingly, all purchases are final.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

• Guitar Made Easy eBook

• Beginner Guitar Video Course

• Live Workshops

• One-on-One Online Mentorship

• One-on-One Offline Mentorship

• Demo Session Booking Fees

Once payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Digital Products

Since digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Course Purchases

Access to online courses begins immediately upon purchase.

Therefore, refunds are not available.

 

Mentorship Sessions

If you cannot attend a scheduled mentorship session, please inform us as early as possible.

Where possible, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.

Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered forfeited.

 

Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded appropriately.

 

Technical Issues

If you experience genuine technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact us.
